How to convert an hourly wage to a salary
Multiply your hourly rate by the hours you work in a week, then by 52. At 37.5 hours a week that is 1950 hours a year, so £15 an hour is £15 × 1950 = £29,250.
Most full-time UK workers get paid holiday (at least 5.6 weeks), so keep “paid weeks” at 52. If you are on a zero-hours or casual contract and are not paid for time off, lower the weeks.
The National Living Wage is £12.71 an hour for workers aged 21 and over (£24,785 a year full-time).
